History
The Neil B. McGinnis Building was built by the Bridgeman Construction Company for Neil B. McGinnis, distributor for Allis Chalmers and many other well known lines of heavy equipment throughout the southwest. The original front display room had 10 glass panels, 9×15 feet, 50×80 feet in size and flanked by three offices with glass doors, including a balcony and for storing parts. The rear section of the building was originally used for the repair shop.
