Site originally 1895 Phoenix Cotton Oil Company.
In 1917, a two story structure was built by Paul Litchfield’s Southwest Cotton Company, a subsidiary of Goodyear Tire.
In 1943, with the help of Emory Hurley, the building becomes Karlson Machine Works.
Acquired 2004 by Michael Levine
